Are you a licensed company?
Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by the Daventry District Council. As a licensed operator, Public Liability insurance, as well as individual passenger and car insurance for each vehicle we operate, is required.
How safe are your cars?
Every one of our cars is no more than four years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements. All vehicles have to be MOT’d every 6 months.
And because our cars are top-of-the-range, you can be sure you are traveling in one of the safest cars on the road today.
Do you take last-minute bookings?
Yes. Please note vehicle are subject to availability.
Is your service available day and night?
Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by Paypal or Stripe 3D secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Can I pay the driver cash?
You can pay the final balance due in cash.
Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?
We will always track your flights and enter the terminal accordingly after the landing time. If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes, no charges will apply. If your flight is seriously delayed (i.e. over 1 hour or more) then waiting time charges will apply because the chauffeur is committed to your journey.
We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide either.
Will I be given my driver’s name and number?
Absolutely! You will be sent the drivers details the evening before or 2hours prior schedule. Our chauffeurs will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up point.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Depending on airport and terminal, you will be texted with meeting location prior to landing. This in normally short term parking or a pickup zone.
However, if you have selected Meet and Greet, the driver will meet you in the arrivals hall (after luggage reclaim) with a name board.
Can I smoke or eat in the car?
No. We operate a strict no eating or smoking (including e-cigarettes) policy in all our vehicles.
Will the car be clean?
Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car inside and out. Our cars are valeted before each journey.
What do I do if I can’t locate my driver?
Please call us on 01604 780654 and our team will help you find your driver.
Where is your chauffeur base and do you charge from base to pick point?
Our chauffeur base is in Holcot, Northants.
